The Equity has invested in the best employees, custom application equipment, and facilities to help you keep a clean field. We have also developed our own line of quality adjuvants to improve the efficiency of your planned chemical programs.

Whether you apply your own crop protection products or have them professionally applied, The Equity can tailor a program to meet the requirements of your operation.

The Equity offers a wide variety of crop protection products to protect your field against weeds, diseases and pests. Our agronomy solution advisors will work alongside you to provide you with choices to talk the hardest and most difficult fields. Not only will we help put a plan together, but we will follow through on the plan by scouting fields.

We are about being efficient and timely with every application. For your convenience we can help with custom spraying and we partner with reliable veteran companies for aerial application. For customers, who prefer to apply themselves our facilities are equipped with efficient drive-thru liquid load out bays. We also stock bulk and packaged chemicals for delivery or pick-up.

In addition to crop protection products, our locations offer exactly what your crop needs to perform throughout the growing season. Our fertilizer facilities are located across our service region to offer you the best products at a competitive price. Custom Application Services

When it comes to custom application, The Equity has the horsepower to get the job done. Whether it’s custom spraying, spreading, or anhydrous ammonia application we know that time is money and you need a partner that you can rely on to complete the job, both professionally and timely.

At The Equity, we believe it’s important to continually upgrade our fleet of application equipment with the latest technologies, and provide our applicators with the training necessary to satisfy your needs.
Applying crop protection products can be challenging with ever-changing regulations, equipment maintenance and drift management. The Equity offers Custom Application to reduce our customer’s risk and ensure proper guidelines are being followed. Our Applicators are constantly in training to stay up-to-date on the latest label changes, regulations and best practices. Let The Equity apply the right products needed to ensure your crop makes it to harvest.

GO Smart

Data collected from farm fields is becoming more and more valuable. Whether it is used for determining value of land or basing decisions in season the data has increasingly become more important. From remote sensing, weather stations, soil moisture/temperature probes, imagery from planes, drones, or satellites, to as-applied planting/spray/harvest data the number of layers of information from your fields is mind-boggling.

The Equity’s GOSmart team can help navigate the complex layers to try and provide clarity from the noise. We utilize new tools, crop nutrient modeling, satellite imagery, and weather information, with the old(er) tools like GIS platforms to compile and analyze data to help you maximize return on investment and increase yield. This is done through variable rate planting prescriptions, nitrogen management through modeling, crop performance through imagery, and weather impacts with weather/nutrient models.

We know it’s a complex world of data and will get more complex in the future. We test the tools, constantly investigate new opportunities, and work to slow the pace of advancement with understanding on our part to communicate the benefits in the field to you.

The GOSmart team is ready to help now and prepared for the future.

GO Flex

GoFlex Financing is an option for growers who are looking to capitalize on interest-free programs or to defer expenses until after crops are harvested.  A  short, one-page application is all it takes to establish an operating line of credit that can be used for any product you purchase from The Equity.  GoFlex allows a grower to focus on their operation during the busy spring and summer season and not have to worry about accruing late charges on their open trade account.

How does it work?

  • Prepay –  Booking and prepaying products prior to the growing season allows the grower to capitalize on discounted prices.  Growers can choose to use their GoFlex funds to pay for products prior to delivery, often utilizing interest free programs, to help cut costs.
  • Monthly Balance – If a grower’s account balance is unpaid as of the date it is due,  your GoFlex line credit can be used to keep your account current and avoid costly late charges.

How do I apply?

A grower can apply for a GoFlex line of credit by completing a short, one page application that can be found on The Equity’s webpage or by asking their crop-specialist.  Decision time on these applications is usually 24-48 hours.

What are the loan terms and conditions?

Typically, GoFlex is a one-year straight line of credit that matures on January 15th of the following year.

Starting in 2015, The Equity has hosted the GO300 and GO100 Yield Contests, inconjunction with the Asgrow-DeKalb Yield Contests.

The Equity service territory region is divided by Interstate 70 into the North Zone and South Zone. One Overall Yield Winner is chosen from each Zone for each corn and soybean contest. The location of the harvested field dictates the qualifying zone.

To participate, growers must have purchased the corn or soybean seed from The Equity. The Grower must harvest one accumulated acre of dryland corn or soybeans. The corn and/or soybeans must be weighed and moisture tested by an Equity employee. Entries must be verified and submitted by the Grower's Equity Salesperson.

Check back in January for the announcment of the winners.
