About the Position
The goal of the internship is to identify, challenge, and build the skills of potential employees and future leaders of The Equity. During your time as an intern you will be exposed to many facets of our business. You will have the opportunity to work side by side with our staff of managers, salesmen, administrative assistants, and operations employees to help meet the needs of our customers. Depending on your area of interest, some of the responsibilities you may receive training on and be asked to perform include:
- Grain Origination
- Logistic Coordination
- Building Relationships with Producers
- Marketing of Grain
- Job Shadowing
- Grain Settlements
- Futures & Options
